Skate has been delayed by two days, riots begin

If you were planning to take off work and play “skate” in your underwear on September 12th here in the states well EA sends it’s apologies to you. It seems that only here in the states the release of EA’s skatetastic game “skate” has been delayed for two days. Stores should start selling “skate” on Friday, September 14th.

If you were planning on staying home sick on the 12th to name your first gap or if (like us) you bought a bunch of guacamole that expires on the 12th for your Skate party we send our sincerest apologies!

CONFIRMED:Rock Band’s bundle to include wired guitar

Harmonix CEO Alex Rigopulos confirmed on the OXM Podcast(Click for show) that if you were planning to buy the Rock Band Bundle which included all the instruments you will have to suffice with a Wired guitar. Xbox 360 gamers are also feeling a little extra sting because the PS3 bundle’s will include a wireless guitar. Yikes.

Kotaku posted the first picture of the completed Master Chief wax figure at the Las Vegas “Madame Tussauds” Wax Museum in Las Vegas. Yes before you ask that’s the guy from Fallout Boy.

Halo 3’s marketing has no boundaries

As if pre-ordering Halo 3 from a 7-11 wasn’t already crazy enough, the marketing machine for the game still has more places to flaunt itself. Paying for games at $60 a pop now a day’s is hard enough( yeah, I know they used to be higher then that), but from the looks of the above image, there’s no where to hide when it comes to the marketing onslaught that is Halo 3. I guess Halo 3 wants to hit you where it really counts, your bank account. Or is it Master Chief’s bank account.

She has already completed Halo 3, jealous much?

Francesca Reyes who is the Editor-in-Chief of Official Xbox Magazine has already completed the game which millions are dying to play. What game is that? Halo 3 of course. She is the first person to complete the game and some people are jealous much. In this interview with Games Radar she says that due to embargo she cannot talk much about her playing experience but rest assured, Halo 3 is longer than 4 hours! Woot!
